Over 2,500 jars that were meant to be quarantined were accidentally distributed.

First Aid Beauty has issued a voluntary recall of its Ultra Repair Cream in Coconut Vanilla after nearly 3,000 jars that were meant to be quarantined were accidentally distributed. The recall includes 2,756 jars of the cream, which were distributed nationwide, according to an enforcement report from the Federal Drug Administration (FDA).
